Energy Work Session

This is 1 hour where we sit together and look at your energy, body, and Spirit; what's happening in real time. I help you find peace and flow or insights to what may be stuck or longing for attention.

We may use some somatic practices, and we'll go at the pace of your nervous system. I'll walk you through what I see energetically and help you navigate whatever comes up on our call.

After purchasing you will get an email with a link to book your session. If you are at Osan AB, you can book a time through that link, and in your notes say that it will be in person, at my home. I will then send you directions and information.  At this time I am only doing energy work either online or in my own home.
